I feel like he's the second best TE who maybe go in the 2nd round with all the exposure. We'll see what his Combine looks like but if he runs a 4.55, he'll be outta the 9ers reach.

If he does that is a huge rise bc most boards had him as like a 5th round kind of prospect. In the last few days he has skyrocketed just like Dunker

Right now we don't really know where teams are at. If not 2nd round he'll be gone by the 3rd if he runs a good 40 time. I just do not see Roush lasting to the mid to late rounds with all the exposure he's getting.

I was seeing a lot of people with dunker in the 1st. I had him in the 4th. My guess is he ends up middle day 2
Dude just gives similar vibes to Kittle. Tremendous blocker who was really underutilized as a receiver in college. Pro character, leader on and off the field.

I might blink lol. Depends who else is available for me and it also depends on whether we bring Tonges back / what we do with Farrell. We freaking better bring Tonges back

I like Roush, but this is the approach that's lead to years of terrible drafts. The 49ers need to stop tunnel visioning players and actually trust their board.

If they can't trust their board, people need to be fired.

I'm just saying if Sam Roush is there anywhere, ok maybe not 3rd round but mid rounds you take him. I got the same feeling about Roush when I wanted the 9ers brass to draft Cam Skattebo. Take him!!!!

Late 3rd to late 4th is a pretty reasonable range for him.

I do want to see them extract more value by trading down strategically and adding more picks throughout the draft.
Blocking TE is a 4th to 5th rounder...
This is a massive man.

Go watch the Notre Dame game, he was jamming up linemen without issue. If they want to run 2 TE sets like Seattle or the Rams, he'd be a huge step towards that.

Roush in the 3rd? Are you high? Lol hell no soooooo many top players going to be around at 92. If we go Roush I'll be livid. No sooner than our pick at 171 should we draft him. This is how we went Nick Martin last year in the 3rd round and even Upton Stout was draft at least a round too early in terms of maximizing value and the players we passed on. Could have had Xavier Watts and Upton Stout in the late 4th or 5th.

Justin Joly at TE on the other hand at 92 .. while not the pick I'd make wouldn't be mad.
