Would love to be wrong though. Hendrickson is a perfect #2 edge rusher who can step in as the #1 edge rusher if Bosa happens to get hurt again.
Well i saw Adam Schefter talking about Evans deal its basically a two year deal. they just worded it as a 3 year deal, spacing out the money. They have enough for two big FA signings, and i wouldn't be surprised if its Trey. He wants to compete for a Super Bowl contender, so i don't see him signing with any of the teams in a middle of a rebuild throwing all this money around. He's definitely weighing out his options with all the contenders that are currently interested.

Getting All- Pros Bosa and Warner are legit free agent acquisitions. They mask deficiencies on the defense!
Maybe get T. Hill to team up with Evans and Pearsall and that would be the best receiving room ever under Kyle.
From there use picks on the OL, S, and CB in that order.

Here's the current roster/depth chart.
That's 70 players currently signed for 2026, of course the majority of the reserve/futures guys won't make it to TC, and Aiyuk is a goner, but I see the following making it as of now, bolded are the ones I see making it either as locks or as of now, until they bring in better players, 44 of them, of course Kittle likely begins on PUP, and again not all are locked into spots.
QB: Brock Purdy(2030)/ Mac Jones(2026)/ Kurtis Rourke(2028)/ Adrian Martinez(2026)
RB: Christian McCaffrey(2027)/ Jordan James(2028)/ Isaac Guerendo(2027)/ Patrick Taylor Jr.(2026)
FB: Kyle Juszcyzk(2026)
WR: Mike Evans(2028)/ Ricky Pearsall(2027)/ Demarcus Robinson(2026)/ Jordan Watkins(2028)/ Jacob Cowing(2027)/ Malik Turner(2026)/ Junior Bergen(2026)/ Colten Dowell(2026)/ Brandon Aiyuk(2028)
TE: George Kittle(2029)/ Jake Tonges(2027)/ Luke Farrell(2027)/ Brayden Willis(2026)/ Hayden Rucci(2026)
C: Jake Brendel(2026)/ Drake Nugent(2026)
LG: Brett Toth(2026)/ Connor Colby(2028)/ Nick Zaklej(2026)
RG: Dominick Puni(2027)/ Zachary Thomas(2026)
LT: Trent Williams(2026)/ Vederian Lowe(2027)/ Austen Pleasants(2026)
RT: Colton McKivits(2028)/ Brandon Parker(2026)/ Isaac Alarcón(2026)
DE: Nick Bosa(2028)/ Mykel Williams(2028)/ Bryce Huff(2026)/ Keion White(2026)/ Sam Okuayinonu(2026)/ William Bradley-King(2026)/ Andrew Farmer II(2026)
DT: Osa Odighizuwa(2028)/ Alfred Collins(2028)/ Sebastian Valdez(2026)
NT: C.J. West(2028)/ Evan Anderson(2026)
WLB: Dee Winters(2026)/ Nick Martin(2028)/ Jalen Graham(2026)
MLB: Fred Warner(2029)/ Tatum Bethune(2027)/ Garret Wallow(2026)
SLB: Milo Eifler(2026)
CB: Deommodore Lenoir(2029)/ Renardo Green(2027)/ Upton Stout(2028)/ Darrell Luter Jr.(2026)/ Eli Apple(2026)/ Tre Tomlinson(2026)/ Jakob Robinson(2027)
FS: Ji'Ayir Brown(2026)/ Siran Neal(2026)/ Derrick Canteen(2026)/ Darrick Forrest(2026)
SS: Malik Mustapha(2027)/ Marques Sigle(2028)
PK: Eddy Piñeiro(2029)
P: N/A
LS: Jon Weeks(2026)
Still have needs, 6 draft picks, likely have $10M in cap room before redoing anyone and extending Trent's deal, which can save them over $33M in cap room, but they need IMO 1-2 WRs, 1 TE, LG, T, EDGE, another IDL, 1-2 LBs, 1-2 CBs, FS, and P, but that's my opinion, also maybe another RB unless they retain Robinson.

After LG & WR I'd like to see us add to the secondary. Ji'Ayir flashed moments, but lacks consistency & I love the physicality of Malik, but he over pursues way to often, and his coverage skills are definitely Average at best.

I agree with everything you said, would love to see a Jaquan Brisker added, it he hasn't been signed yet, just got up so Idk if he's agreed to a deal elsewhere.

We still need more pass rush help either through the DLine or a specialty player. We only had 20 sacks all of last year, literally the worst team in the league and we've honestly only added Osa who's good but that doesn't make up for how bad we were last season.

Yeah, true but you don't take into account last years injuries, do you? Like Bosa and Fred for instance . I would like more pass rush but let's not pretend that, aside from Osa, things are going to be the same as last year.

My Prediction:
Free Agency
Sign Deebo Samuel
Sign Joey Bosa
Re-Sign Thomas Morestead
Re-Sign Ben Bartch
SIgn CB Vet
Sign S Vet
Draft in no particular order
Draft DE (Imma guess this will be our 1st Rd Pick now)
Draft CB
Draft WR
Draft S
Draft G/T
Draft DT
I think they'll figure out the Trent contract soon, and that should clear up $15-17 Mill this year and if they restructure Bosa that'll be and additional $16 Mill. This might be one of the best offseasons if this all plays out.

Please no Deebo.
KS forces him into plays and microbes on Mars can see the play before the snap.

Agreed. No on Deebo. He was great for us once but is on the down slope of his career. We need to look to the future.
Conversely, Dre Greenlaw is a good re-sign because he has something left in the tank.

I get it, but after 2024 we had to let Deebo, Dre, Huf, etc….especially Deebos contract after that crazy year he had in 2021 we paid him like a top WR….He looked good in Washington, especially considering their Offense had to play three different QBs. I'm just saying, Deebo as our WR3 with Mike Evans, Ricky Pearsall, CMC & George Kittle is an absolute deadly Offense. Not to mention we still have the youngsters in Watkins & Cowing. Lynch has been aggressive and I'm all for goin all in this season to try and get this main Core a SB that went thru two SBs losses. Which is exactly what they're doing, and I especially think it would be even cooler to possibly win a Super Bowl with the main core doing a "Last Dance" style run and get it 😤
