TORONTO -- Dodgers manager Dave Roberts will consider using Shohei Ohtani as an opener or even as an outfielder in Game 7 if Los Angeles forces the World Series against the Toronto Blue Jays to the limit.
To this I say, the Blue Jays can start popping open the champagne bottles!
If LA is in any way thinking about a GAME 7, publicly preparing for IT, and overlooking or taking for granted Game 6, they are COOKED!
Watch/see Toronto put up a 5-spot on 'em somewhere in first 3 innings!
Yeah I saw that too and I'm like wtf are you doing Roberts. Or did a reporter put him on the stand with that?

Wow. Just terrible baserunning on that shallow fly ball to left. With no force out you gotta stay closer to second there to avoid being doubled off.
Hope the Blue Jays can pull it off in Game 7.

Well, I was wrong. So wrong.
Glad there is a Game 7 though.

You're right. While I was indeed happy for a Blue Jays Game 5 win, I never assumed this was over yet.

Dodgers should be happy that Mad Max doesn't throw the splitter as much or as well as Gausman and Yesavage. Ohtani will most likely start. Roberts was hinting that they'll have a fresh and ready Glasnow to relieve him if he falters early.

Dodgers fans are going to be insufferable (more then they usually are) if they win this.

Blue Jays only have themselves to blame if they lose this. Game 6 9th: 2nd and 3rd 1 out, no runs. Game 7 9th: Bases loaded no outs, just need a fly ball, no runs.
