I would be if he plays like last game every game. I certainly don't see the type of interior rush ability he has from someone like Jordan Elliott.

Yeah not sure he did better vs the double teams than CJ, but he did better than Alfred Collins for sure. That guy was garbage and early Kinlaw vibes. Plenty time to turn it around though and we all know as a 2nd round pick he's making the team regardless how he does in preseason

Both Valdez and CJ split a double team, but CJ was getting washed out a lot whereas Valdez mostly held his ground. My initial impression from watching the first half at the stadium.

If we cut Valdez, another team picks him up instantly. Would be dumb of us to do, we have a bunch of mediocre interior players - we already have a ton of young talented guys, one more isn't a big deal.
